Top Safety Pick+ Rating

The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety named the 2026 Toyota Camry a Top Safety Pick+, the agency's highest safety award. The Camry earned Good ratings across all crashworthiness tests, including the updated moderate overlap front and side impact evaluations. It also received an Acceptable rating for pedestrian crash prevention.

Standard Safety Features

The 2026 Camry comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense 3.0, which includes forward collision warning with pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, lane-keeping assist, and adaptive cruise control. The sedan also features eight airbags, including front, side, side curtain, and knee airbags. A rear-seat reminder system and backup camera are standard across all trims.

2026 Camry Lineup

The ninth-generation Camry is now exclusively hybrid, paired with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine. Trim levels include LE, SE, Nightshade, XLE, and XSE. The Nightshade Edition adds blacked-out exterior accents and dark alloy wheels. Front-wheel drive is standard; all-wheel drive is available on all trims. Starting MSRP is $29,300.
