Eligibility
You can return your item within 30 days after receiving it, regardless of the reason. This includes:

General Return Conditions
- Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Please Note: Returned items must be in their original, clean, and resalable condition, including all original parts, accessories, and packaging. If a product is returned with missing components, significant signs of wear, damage, or excessive debris, we reserve the right to apply a restocking fee or a partial refund to reflect the item's diminished value.
- Unopened products can be returned even after the 30-day period.
- Seller-Related Issues have no time limit for returns.
Return Confirmation
- Contact us via info@3wliners.com to get a return shipping label, submit order no., a clear picture or video, and shipping packaging to confirm your return is accepted.
- When returning your package, please make sure the item is in good condition with all accessories inside (except for items defective, damaged, or missing upon receipt). Affix the return shipping label that we provided to the package, and ship it to the address our customer service sent you.

Contact Customer Service First Do NOT ship your item without contacting our customer service first. Otherwise, your item will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss.

Delivery Refusal Customer refusal of delivery is not supported. If a customer refuses delivery, an additional handling fee of $11 will be deducted from any potential refund.

Lifetime Warranty We offer a Lifetime Warranty with free returns and exchanges, except in cases of damage caused by the buyer.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the package is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
