ABOUT RETURN
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, we offer flexibility for returns requested a few days beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the product is unopened, it can be returned even after the 30-day period. There is no time limit for returns due to quality issues. Returns and refunds are not supported in scenarios other than those mentioned above. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
IMPORTANT
- Do NOT ship your item without contacting our customer service first. Otherwise, your item will NOT be returned, and it will be considered a loss.
- Customer refusal of delivery is not supported, and if a customer refuses delivery, an additional handling fee of $11 will be deducted from any potential refund.
- We offer a Lifetime Warranty. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please make sure the product is packaged and shipped properly. We offer free shipping but buyer need to pay shipping costs when making a return. Especially when the return is due to circumstances controlled by the buyer. Return shipping fee will be deferred if not controllable by buyer.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
