What Our 3W Lifetime Warranty Covers
Our warranty guarantees that the 3W product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This coverage is extended for as long as you own the vehicle in which the product was originally installed.
We will cover:
- Defects in Materials: Manufacturing flaws that compromise the integrity or look of the 3W mat (e.g., uneven finish, color blotches).
- Defects in Workmanship: Issues resulting from the manufacturing process, such as:
Non-Normal Cracking/Tearing: The 3W mat develops significant cracks, rips, or tears that are not caused by external trauma.
Retention Device Failure: Original fastening clips, anti-slip nubs break or fail to secure the mat properly.
Significant Fitment Issues: The mat does not fit the intended vehicle model as advertised due to a clear manufacturing error.
What is NOT Covered (Exclusions)
Our 3W Lifetime Warranty does not cover issues arising from normal wear, abuse, accidents, or improper maintenance. These exclusions are typical for limited lifetime warranties:

No. We cover the cost of shipping the replacement 3W product to you under a valid warranty claim.
Does the replacement mat have a new Lifetime Warranty?
The replacement product is covered for the remainder of the original product's warranty period.
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my vehicle?
No. The 3W warranty is strictly tied to the original retail purchaser and the original vehicle of installation and is non-transferable.
