They're a good thickness, not too rigid but they'd be tough to tear or puncture. The lip around the edges is nice and tall to trap snow, mud, etc.

Better coverage than typical OEM rubber mats. Doesn't interfere with battery vent in rear seat, fits perfect.

I installed this late summer 2024. I live in the north east winter with heavy snow falls. This has held the melting snow/slush very well so far. It's holding its shape. Very impressive!!
