At 3W Accessory, orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time are usually processed the same day. Many of the products we sell are drop shipped directly from warehouses around the country.

Expected ship dates are our best estimate based on past shipping times and are more than 90% accurate. Should an unexpected delay in shipping occur, we will notify you by telephone and e-mail (or letter) of the new projected shipping date.

In-stock items usually ship in 1-2 business days (weekends and holidays are not considered business days).

Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

The exact shipping price and time varies, depending on product size, delivery method, and other factors. Free Shipping

Free shipping offer is valid only on qualified items. Eligible items are identified on their product information page. They can also be identified in your shopping cart.
Shipping method will be selected by 3W Auto Accessory. Free shipping orders will be delivered via a standard ground shipping method selected by 3W Auto Accessory or our direct-ship manufacturers/fulfillment centers. Express shipping orders are not eligible for Free Shipping.

Not available on international, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO orders. Only standard ground shipping orders to residential and commercial addresses in the continental US are eligible for Free Shipping.

International Orders

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

In many cases, 3W Auto Acessory can ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories. For these orders, simply proceed through checkout as usual. When available, you will receive a shipping cost at checkout.

**Please Note: When we are able to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. Territories, they will require extra time for delivery and will be charged additional shipping fees. These orders are not eligible for Free Shipping offers.

If you’re ordering from any of these areas and do not see a shipping rate after clicking on “Process Order” at checkout, 3W Auto Accessory will contact you within 1-2 business days to inform you if the product can be shipped and provide you with the shipping costs. **Your order will not be processed until we have received your emailed approval of the shipping costs.

How long will delivery take?

Because our products ship from different warehouses in different states, shipping times to your address will vary. The estimated time for your item to leave the warehouse is listed directly below price of each individual product, and on the Order Status Page. Please allow an additional 1 to 5 business days after the shipment date for delivery.

Can I get my order faster?

Can I select the shipping company for my order?

3W Auto Accessory uses the best possible shipping method for your order’s delivery. The shipping company used to handle your order will vary by item, or fulfillment center. At this time, we cannot change the shipping method used for your item(s) on request.

Can I ship to a different address?

Absolutely! After you proceed to checkout, enter the address where you’d like your order delivered. Then, select the “no” button below, indicating the address you entered is not your billing address.

Please enter your billing address at the next screen, and make sure it’s the same address that appears on your monthly statement. For extra precaution and to avoid any possible delays with your order, you may want to notify your credit card company that you are shipping to an alternate address.

Will all of my items arrive at the same time?

Because we work directly with the manufacturers, items may ship at different times from various locations in separate boxes. Therefore, we cannot assure you that items will ship together or arrive at the same time.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

You usually will receive a tracking number from us when your order ships. We then email this tracking number to you within 24 hours of your order shipping out, so you can easily track your package(s).

You can also retrieve a tracking number when you check your Order Status. If a tracking number is available, it will show in the “shipping status” column. Each tracking number is linked to the shipper’s website for updated package status and estimated delivery date.

A tracking number may not be available for your order if the item has not shipped yet, is still being custom-manufactured for your vehicle, or if the direct-ship vendor for your item does not provide tracking numbers.

Will I have to sign for my package?

For your security, our manufacturers may require a signature for delivery. You may leave a note for the driver with special instructions, however, the delivery of the package is still at the discretion of the driver.
